That's a wonderful thing! I'm going to play around with it and see if I can make the ultimate skins for my guitars.

Yeah I will also be checking it out further. From what I saw the drums skins could run into some money, but it may be worth it to be able to design your own.

That's pretty cool for the guitar.

For the drums I think it's better to get the felt type faces (I got from drumshhh.com, but there's a billion places you can get them from) They reduce the sound, and I don't think the MyTego ones would do that.

I'm also going to get one of those diamond sheet metal foot pedals for the drums. There's a billion ways out there to costomize the drums, actually... but this is the first I've seen for the guitars. I'll probably do it after I get the foot pedal thing done. When the guitar comes out seperately and I get a second I'll probably get one for it, too.

I wish I didn't have to pay $26 for the rad guitar I made.
Guess what album cover it has on it.

I'm gonna have to pick out a Stanley Mouse for mine, I think.

Sorry to resurrect an old thread... but I was considering buying one of these (I've picked out the graphic and it looks great!) and I had one question for anyone who might know:

Is the skin applied above the pickguard, or beneath it? In other words, is most of it going to be lost because of the big white pickguard, or will the area covered by the pickguard be skinned as well? I like GHskins but the white pickguard left much to be desired.

Here's my chosen skin (http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v725/HidaOkami/MyTego.jpg) to match the art that's on my Silver Strat in-game.

I suppose if it came down to it I could cut the one section away with a hobby knife and put it on the pickguard, but for $30 I'd rather not have to.

Thoughts?
