I don't really know if he said the F word in the song Creep, but it sounded like it.

I think he said "You're so very special" not "You're so F****** special" even though F****** are the real lyrics.

I wouldn't worry, you should be able to cuss without losing any points in the game. But if your mom hears, HMX denies all responsibility. lol

I'm pretty sure I read in a review that they opted to just remove the bad lyrics leaving it open for you to say whatever you want. I know for creep they don't use the radio lyrics which I believe says "very" instead of "F'ing" special. So I think instead of forcing it one way or another they are just letting you choose how you want to handle it.

Yah, Sean confirmed it in one of the threads. We won't get penalized for saying F******.

F***.

If you watch the screen it is just a blank where F***ing would be at in the song, but you don't get any background vocals.

Heard it a few times at PAX, twice during an Omegathon round and one singer knew the true lyrics and sang them and the other sang what was scrolling across the screen.

That isn't true. If we drop a word for rating reasons you can say it without being penalized. People were dropping f-bombs all the time at PAX when they were singing. If you know the original lyrics we aren't going to punish you for it.

Problem solved :)

It probably doesn't pick up on word detection for edited words, rather just the tone and pitch.

So if you say "f****n" sounding the same as "very" you'd score fine.

You quoted my post, re-read it :)

It won't determine what letters, vowels, consonants you say. Just the tone and pitch. Do you know what tone and pitch is? (not being sarcastic, I'm really asking)
