I always get around 85% on expert drums, actually keeping multiplyers most of the time, then my arms just start hitting the red drum at the same time, causing them to be too slow for the beat, as that only counts for 1 hit. is there a way to help this?

Sure there is. Practice! :D
That's really the only way you're going to build up the endurance in your arms to finish the song. It's only 3:53 long :)

I just beat this on hard last night with...get this...two stars! Before that I didn't even know it was possible to beat a song with only two stars.

Sounds like a stamina problem. This song takes a lot of stamina. As your arms get tired, your coordination starts to fail and its hard to keep the beat.
When I play this song, I try to relax my arms. Don't get all tense, breath and don't hit the drums real hard. Try to move mainly from your wrists.
