I preordered Rock Band all the way back in October. It says it shipped out on November 17, 2007.
It's now March 19, 2008.
I've yet to see it arrive. Or for that matter, the tracking page updated.
Getting ahold of a live human from rockbandstore.com is impossible. There are no phone numbers listed, no contact emails listed. Except for one generic one that is generally ignored, and has been ignored for months.
What am I supposed to do?
