now that we have a software update coming (is there a date?) do you think HMX will couple that with another big DLC blow out (similar to the 1st DLC load)?

that would be awesome. :D

I don't think so either.

Just getting all the existing DLC retro-fitted for the new store, with the new DLC coming every week, is good enough for me.

It would be nice to have an album to try out that nifty new music store. I've got 4000 MS points waiting to be spent.

If I had to guess, I'd say no. But it certainly is a small possibility.

Yeah we are going to get atleast a library of 20-25 songs. you can count on it.

What would make you guess that?

(Or are you talking about existing songs?)

No, I doubt we'll have one, but if the classic rock pack launches next week, I'll be in heaven anyway, so it's a moot point.

Not to mention, the lacking likelyhood doesn't keep me from crossing my fingers.

This.

I wouldn't get my hopes up, but I'd hope a bit anyways.

They said the patch is coming this week, considering it's already Thursday......

No, but I would expect some "good" DLC for the following week. It won't be another obscure pack, that's for sure.

Why would they hold up revenue producing material for an update?

I think most people have forgotten something - HMX is a business. They are not holding things up *for fun*.

DLC = MONEY

I think they'll release around 3700-3800 new songs along with the update.
