I'm expecting 'Dookie' and 'Insomniac' for DLC down the road. And hopefully they'll throw in 'Nimrod' and 'Warning' (my two favorite GD albums), but AI is too overplayed.

I like MCR, but I'd prefer Headfirst for Halos.

Green Day have 7 albums and a b-side album. I would hope they don't just go for the most recent one.

Greenday if it's off Dookie or Insomniac.
U2 if it's the Batman song but that wouldn't be likely if U2 was in though they are tolerable.

I like your list. MCR was the most fun for me in GH2, but well, since they already had loads of songs in GH2 (now with the MCR pack) I don't need them in Rockband.
Greenday isn't a must either.

What I like the best is With or Without you. I think the song is one of the best songs ever written and I would love to play and sing it.

If they do Green Day, I would much prefer a FULL ALBUM download. There are many great songs on each album - that normally would go un-noticed if singles were presented. I mean, hell, even to do Jesus of Suburbia or Homecoming off the AI album - those songs are like 10 minutes each.

since MCR has 5 songs in GH2 there's no way they're going to be on the retail version of rock band. maybe DLC

I hate most of Green Day's singles, but their album work is generally good. Also, they have fun-sounding drums despite the usually simple guitar.

My top three choices are:

Can't say that I like U2, but MCR is the biggest reason I got GH2 for 360. I'd love to see any of the songs from it or It's Not a Fashion Statement, It's a Deathwish/Thank You for the Venom in this game.

As for Green Day, Basket Case or Letterbomb would be awesome.

Yes, some of The Black Parade was inspired by A Night at the Opera, but older MCR has nothing to do with Queen.
