Rock Band Feature/Song requests

There has got to be a better way to request features and songs than using a forum that's quickly become saturated with so many requests and duplicates. Sure, you have the admins monitor things and eventually put out polls for the most popular, but here's what I'd like to see:

Request submittal page: Do some fancy grep searching to pop up requests that may match the request you're making (yelp.com does something like this when adding a new business)

Song / Feature request Browse/Search: A way to search or browse songs and features that have already been submitted. You can sort them by category (applies to both features and songs) or popularity, etc.

Popularity meter for requests: When people do find established requests that haven't been implemented, they can mark it as something they'd want to see.

I'm pretty sure there are plenty of songs and features that people haven't thought of, but would like to see. Forums are cool, but most people don't have the time or patience to browse through so many threads.

I have a sneaking suspicion that this has already been done and I'm just ignorant of it... if so.... sorry

There's a "request a song" link at the bottom of this page. Right in the same line as "Help," "Game Support," and "DLC Credits." It's a little hard to find, though, so I'm not surprised you didn't see it. :)
