Okay...got the update today (it seems awesome) HOWEVER: I can't get my disc to read now. I get to the main menu screen and it gets hung up on the "Loading Additional Content."
I checked the disc, it's a little scratched...but I removed my hard drive, and the game loads/plays like it should.
SO--was it the update?
I think I know what the "solution" to my problems is...I need to go into my hard drive and delete all my ROCK BAND files...but I really don't want to have to do that, RE-download everything just to find out it still won't work. What should I do? Try this "harsh" fix, or is this a common/widespread issue that will get/needs a patch?
UPDATE: Okay, I deleted EVERYTHING from my hard drive...still doesn't work. HOWEVER, when I remove my hard drive the game plays. How do I get rid of this update??? Even though I deleted all my RB files, I still have the "Music Store" tab pop up...
Damn this update, you killed my game!!!! ARRAGGHGHGH!!
