I was wondering if is there a configuration on the Drums where you can put the 2nd to the left button/drum to the 1st one. so that. when you play. your hands are crossed. like your left hand is on the snare??

Not if you play open handed.
And that will likely not be an option, as they would have to redo all the note charts.

I've seen a few threads concerning this, and im not sure why people are so bothered about that. Whether you cross your hands or not, you're still playing the hi-hat with your right hand and snare with your left. On a drum kit you very often play this way anyway, for example on a ride cymbal. Open handed is actually a much better way of playing, much more free.

I dont think not having crossed hands is such a big problem, before your right hand played the hi-hat, the left hand the snare, its still the same hands doing the some jobs, just not over the top of each other.

Exactly! And as the hi-hat snare isn't really raised it would make crossing your arms a lot harder.
