help fixing red drum pad

my d**k of a brother fell on my drum kit and the red pad is almost snapped right off. its still attached a bit though.
any thoughts on an easy way 2 fix it?
i cant even send it back because im from the uk.
help?

Super glue? Epoxy? Perhaps consider taking a piece of wood and screwing it into the bottom of the yellow and red pads to secure it after gluing?

Wow, that sucks. I'd definitely use some epoxy on the break. I think it would hold better than super glue. You may want to try hot glue if you have any, it's cheaper than epoxy. There is also a thread on scorehero about adding structural support to the outer pads.
