Could someone please e-maill me and tell me how to get the mic to work we have no instructions ....kids are going crazy trying to get it to work

Hey there,

You need to ensure that you have a standard game controller plugged into your console along with the USB mic. The controller needs to be plugged in so you can navigate the in game menus and options.

Won't work without it.

If you are on a PS3, you can use a wireless sixaxis controller as well.
