Rules:
You cannot use any previous song from GH I, II or Rocks the 80s.
You also cannot use any of the confirmed songs from GH III or Rock Band.
Your set list cannot dominated or mostly dominated by one genre of rock (I.E. Nu Metal, Grunge, Punk, etc.).
Do not make fun of other player's list.
Following in Harmonix foot steps, your songs should have a "T" rating or, at the very least, can reasonably be censored to become "T" rated.
It is probably a good idea to keep away from songs that make fun or races or sexual orientation too. Religion and gender are still okay.
You must have 24 songs total. No more, no less.
Two of your songs must be from the 70s.
Two of your songs must be from the 80s.
Two of your songs must be from the 90s.
Two of your songs must be from the 00s.
The other 16 songs can be from any decade you want, including those previously mentioned.
Don't be a smart ass. Use Rock songs.
Follow the format used in the example below.
Failure to follow any of these rules means you don't win.
The Format:
Band Name -- Song Name -- Album Name -- The Year the Album was Released -- Band's Country of Origin -- Link to information on the song -- Number of Points
Here's an example:
KoRn -- Freak on a Leash -- Follow the Leader -- 1998 -- USA --- Wikipedia Link (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Freak_on_a_Leash) -- 100 Points
Earning Points:
If the band has already been featured or will be featured in the GH series or RB but the song is new to the series; you'll get 50 points.
If the song and the band are new to the series, you get 100 points.
If the band/singer is from Europe (excluding the British Isles and the former USSR), you get an additional 25 points.
If the band/singer is from Japan, South Korea, Israel, Hong Kong, India or New Zealand, you get an additional 30 points.
If the band/singer is from the former USSR (I.E. Russia, Uzbekistan, Ukraine, Belarus, etc.) then you get an additional 40 points. If said band formed WHILE the USSR was still around, you get an additional 60 points (on top of the 40 you've earned). If said band formed before Mikhail Gorbachev came to power, you get and additional 250 points (on top of the 100 you've already earned).
If the band/singer is from Central America, South America or the Caribbeans, you get 40 more points. If the band isn't from Brazil, Argentina, Mexico or any US territory, you get an additional 60 points.
If the band/singer is from the Middle East (excluding the previously mentioned nations), you get an additional 50 points. For clarification, the Middle East starts at Turkey and ends at Afghanistan.
If the band/singer is from Asia (excluding all other nations previously mentioned nations), you get an additional 40 points. If the band is not from China or Taiwan, you get an additional 60 points on top of your 30.
If the band/singer is from Africa, you get an additional 50 points. If said band is not from Egypt, Morocco or South Africa, you get an additional 100 points.
GEOGRAPHY LESSON OVER
If the song is about treating MEN like sex objects, you get an additional 30 points. If said song is sung by a man, you get an additional 70 points (on top of your thirty). If said song was made before 1984, you get an additional 100 points.
If the song contains a Dungeons and Dragons reference, you get an additional 40 points.
If the song supports a religion or belief other than Christianity, Satanism or Atheism, you get an additional 66.6 points.
If the band has a girl or two in it, you get an additional 20 points. If the band has more than two girls, you get 20 points for each additional girl.
If the song was meant to be humorous, you get an additional 25 points. If said song is preformed by a band/singer that's usually serious, you get an additional 75 points to stack other points.
If the song references Anime, you get an additional 30 points. You get another 30 points if it isn't from the obvious band.
If the song references Weed, you get an additional 4.20 points. If said song puts weed in a bad light, you get an additional 42.0 to stack on your 4.20 points. If said song that puts weed in a bad light isn't from the obvious band, you get another 42.0 points.
If the song references Science Fiction, you get an additional 42 points. You get another 42 points if it isn't from the obvious band.
If the song is protesting a war other than Iraq II or Vietnam, you get an additional 50 points.
If the song is supporting a war, you get an additional 50 points. If the war they're supporting is Vietnam or Iraq II, you get an additional 100 points to stack on your 50.
If the song is about pants, you get an additional 30 points.
