Rock Band compatible controllers (Drums)

Hi,

I currently own a Konami drum for Drummania and a Ps2 console.
I was planning to buy Rock band for Ps2, but I wanted to know if my Koanami drum is compatible with this game...

Anyone tried ?

I highly doubt they'd be compatible, would be cool, but I don't see HMX having worked on making it compatible.

I think they are probably not compatible because Drum Mania has more pads.

Nope, that won't work. There is a huge thread in the General forum about people adapting electronic drum kits to work with Rock Band. Here:

I'm well aware of what a Konami drum set is, and what Drummania is. This one, right?

It's still an electronic drum set of sorts, and it still won't work with Rock Band. :)

Sorry for the misunderstood david. You're right this is exactly the model I was talking about. But I really have to ask you, if you have personally tested the drum with Rock Band? Have you read the info somewhere on the net? or do you "presume" it wont work?

No, I know it will not work. One of my coworkers tried it on their PS2, and it didn't work.
