Why wouldn't people pick famous bands? They're famous for a reason. Don't expect to see less "famous" bands in the actual game, at least not in the main 40 songs, but I would expect to see them show up as DLC.

nobody here ever said anything about liking justin timberlake.

i don't think SOAD is bad, and i realize they talk about deep stuff but there are many better bands out there.

I would rather play a song that included everyone than play a song with 4to5 minute guitar solos in it.(dragonforce). I'm sorry but you people need to realise that dragonforce (featuring no bassist) wont make it as well as a lot of other guitar oriented bands because of the fact that its not much fun to play as a band when one player gets the spotlight. The point of rockband is to enjoy and have a great experience as a GROUP. And experience what music making in a group is like. That is why i think guitar oriented songs wont make it is because this is rock band not guitarhero
