so this problem has been driving me crazy. double tapping/feather tapping bass pedal notes as seen in songs like tom sawyer, nightmare, ride the lightning, etc...
if they are without notes, i can do them. if they are AFTER a note, i can do them (such as bass+red,bass)
but on songs like creep and dani california.... i miss 90% of them.
i can 5 star tom sawyer with ease, but im at a 4 star with creep despite having gold stars all around it.
why cant i double tap before the note? i can do it virtually anytime anywhere, but on those songs i cant keep a combo going for the life of me.
is there a technique i should know to gaurentee solid double bass taps? is it practice-makes-perfect? because ive tried and tried and tried.
also, it only seems to apply to those two songs. on many other songs that have that same setup (working man, ten speed), its not an issue. its quite annoying.
