Official Word on My Friends Leaderboard?

I was wondering what's going on with the My Friends section of the Leaderboard. The only time it worked for me was when it first launched, months ago. Since then, all it says is Friends Rank Not Found. It can't be the whole delay in data processing; are you guys still working on this Friends Rank (and also the Bands ranking)?

It works, and occassionally doesn't work.
Delays cause a lot of problems unfortunately.

weird, I've never had it work since the beginning.

Is there a certain time that it works more often than not, I've heard some people say it may work during off peak hours.

Are you talking about the Friends Leaderboard on RockBand.com or from viewing within the game?

The in-game leaderboard cannot process all of the incoming requests all that quickly so if you get your all-time high-score on a song and freak out going "Sweet! Wonder what my new rank is!" and rush straight over there, your new score won't be displayed immediately. The updates on the website are even slower. Try back a day later or so.

ah, i'm talking about the website. Does the My Friends Leaderboard on the website work for you? All I EVER get is Friend Ranks Not Found, since the rockband.com and Leaderboards websites were launched. So I don't think it's really a matter of waiting anymore. It has never showed up since Rock Band was launched, so that leads me to think it's not at all related to delays in processing.

I mean in-game leaderboards work fine for me (besides the delays), and i can see my scores on the website leaderboards fine, but the My Friend's Rank part of it has Never worked.

Ah, well, it's never worked for me on the website either. But I mainly just use the in-game leaderboard anyways. I'm not even sure whether the on-site leaderboard is supposed to be PSN/XBL friends or RB.com friends leaderboard.

I figured out the issue here, and the 'my friends' leaderboard function should be working again (actually about two weeks ago). Keep in mind that the online leaderboards only go to 100,000 places, so your friends still might not be ranked high enough to show up.
