Come on, what about some real classics? Or atleast give the last one in this list a little bit more popularity? These 3 songs would be great in RB... Metallica in the 80's was rockin' and these songs show.

1. Master of Puppets - (An Obvious Choice)
2. Welcome Home (Sanitarium) - (It's nice, it's slow, it's perfect) :)
3. Creeping Death - (If you're parents aren't a fan of this song, hint hint, don't be surprised!)

Those really ought to be in this game... I would totally buy this pack... obviously...

my god where is one and master of puppets and fade to black. This metallica pack is good but it fails in the significance to those three songs.

Oh, there's never enough Metallica. I would love to play Welcome Home (Sanatarium). One should be on the next Metallica pack though. There is no bad Metallica from the first 3 or 4 albums. After that it gets harder and harder to find any good ones.

He listed MoP and One is overplayed. The 3 biggest songs that they have and have always played in concert are....

Seek and Destroy
For Whom the Bell Tolls
Master of Puppets

Not saying those are the best however Metallica seems to like those an awful lot cause they always seem to play those live and for obvious reasons. Those are the 3 most popular songs from each of thier first 3 albums.

On a side note to those 2 guys that think Metallica has too many songs already I got 2 names for you.....Boston, Greatful Dead.

Harmonix: "Yeah, let's not follow up at all with more songs from the best selling DLC. We don't care for, or need money. Godforbid we please the fans."

I'm sure that's exactly what they're thinking riiiight now.

Let's be honest, sure it's nice to get Fuel in the short term, and most, if not all Metallica fans will buy it (Hell, it's James' favorite song to play live). But do we need it, or even want it? Not really.

Battery, One, Seek and Destroy, and Master of Puppets would be great but I would rather see other bands like AC/DC, Judas Priest, Ted Nugent, or Motorhead before Metallica get's any more DLC's.

Don't get me wrong....I would buy any Metallica DLC, besides Fuel, but I hope other bands get a chance. I know Boston and the Dead have a 100 DLC's but the Dead sucks!!!

I agree with this post...the more metallica we have the less punk/pop/other junk being released. Although it seems you can never find another set of 3 players that all have the same DLC online for quickplay. Which is kinda scary considering what is available and coming for DLC.

Have you ever thought that maybe they can only read so many of these post before it gets monotonous, and they just move on to other things that are planned weeks/months ahead of time. I mean was there some big post with a poll just for "Fuel"? Being a big Metallica fan myself I would have voted no if it came about and I had known...because there are alot better songs that could be released for them. To me it seems that one of however many we have left for them is wasted...my opinion of course.

So I guess the way this should be handled is to make a post with a poll for another Metallica pack...but make sure its stated plainly that its the early songs that the "Fans" want. If you read the other posts in this Ultimate Setlist thread there are people with more time and effort into trying to get bands like Cake in the game than just stating "more metallica please".

I guess what else should be mentioned is the fact that if one person of the other 3 that you play with online doesnt have the DLC you have...and you want to play "as a band" which is why i guess this game was made...your screwed.

As this game grows even more popular I feel we the people into metal/hard rock are going to stray away from the game because the lack of DLC that they enjoy. I know they can't please everyone, but if you have played the game release content at least 30+ times each...and you have only a handful of favorites...what else is there to do. Some people don't play this game to be number one on expert on songs they don't even care to play...just for a rank or title. They play it because they identify with the songs they have grown up with.

Any more Metallica would be a welcome addition to my hard drive, I'm really holding out for Master of Puppets as album DLC
