View Full Version : Replacement kit needing to go back right outta the box.

I received my replacement drumkit today and have a problem with it already.
My blue pad has a loud buzzing type sound when it's hit. It's way louder than the other pads. I checked around the edges of the pad and can't find anything that would cause it, so i'm thinking it's something inside.
So what do I do now, w/the postage paid purolator box, send back my old kit, and fill out another request online for another kit to be sent?
My original kit is a QM and this replacement is a QM as well.

haha i have gone through 5 pads already and i just got a new pad and its broken once again right out of the box you just go online and register a new pad and then send the one you have right now back in the next box you get or call them again and they will tell you everything

Ok so i sent back the pads I just got yesterday and sent a request for another set.
And what else happened...I was playing score duel online and my pedal just snapped. perfect.
now i have to send in a request for a new pedal. ugh.
