Ok so I got suspended from xbox live b/c I had accidently purchased microsoft points and a montly subscription to xbox live gold on someone elses credit card from whom I bought my 360 from. I then called him right after I had done this and everything was supposed to be fixed that day ( March 14). Everything was good until the 19th i get a message saying that my account has been suspended from xbox live. I call him up again and asked him if everything was fine he said everything was good and it should be settled already. I am still blocked from xbox to this day and i have every single DLC song from Rock Band. I can still play them but and I have made a new gamertag the only thing im worried about is if my 360 gets the RROD and my account id still blocked im not going to be able to download those songs again will I. Any help will be appreciated, Thanks :)
