should I rma this guitar?

Two of the five frets seem stiff and it makes playing notes quickly pretty difficult, on top of that, I can hear something rattling around on the inside of it, anytime it's moved.

I've only played like 10 songs on it as I mainly wanted to pick up on drumming.. will those frets eventually become less stiff/easier to hit? RMA?..

The frets should loosen up over time with playing, the rattling is the balls inside the tubes that is your tilt sensor. Its normal to hear this. Just keep playing and get a feel for your guitar.
