Band info not updating

I have several bands under my account but only one of them shows up on the website (and ity is one of the latest that I created). It has been like this for at least a month so I don't think the standard "site is slow to update" applies here :). Is there something I should be doing?

Unfortunately, the "site is slow to update" is apt. For some people it takes a day, for some people several weeks. We're aware of the issue and are working towards a solution so just sit tight a bit longer. Thanks for your patience!

Is there any way to give at least a ball park estimate? This has been an issue for more than a month now. Am I an extreme case or could something else be happening here? I know that the site updated at least once around 1 month ago because it lists the band created on 2.27. But at that time I already had several other bands. Why didn't they update at that time? Were you just not prepared for the volume of traffic?

I'd hate to wait another few weeks only find the issue lies elsewhere.

I can't, unfortunately. But you're not an extreme case (as sad as that makes me to say that). The servers are complicated beasts and I know that our team is working round-the-clock to try and resolve the issue.

Looking at the leaderboards from my xbox I see that my bands are not updating there either. I have bands exceeding the lowest fan numbers but nothing shows up. The only band I can find is the same one that is listed on the website. I'm guessing that is the reason the website is not correct. Can anyone explain why this is happening?

Huh. So, the leaderboards IN THE GAME are not updating properly? Like, within Rock Band via X-Box Live? Sorry, just need some clarification so I can properly address the issue. Thanks!

I have the (what I believe to be) the same issue on my 360. I have a band that hase 300K+ fans and when I go to the leaderboards on xbox live it says (something similar to) "You need to play some songs to get ranked".

im getting the same issue. i have 400k fans and im not even in teh top 100k,despite having enough fans.

I have a number of bands on the PS3 and I am having the same issues with them not showing up on the website nor are they updating on the Leaderboards in-game. I have a good number of bands as I have roommates and we all have friends that we have started bands with and they are not showing in the in-game boards or here

Yes - that is the issue I'm seeing. XBox Live is not updating correctly. But some of the info is there - like my character's cash. The website matches the game there.

Xbox Live experiences server delays too.
Patience in that department works as well! :p

Anyway - I find that just playing more in whichever mode you're having troubles updating in will help the updating progress.

Turns out that the bands that were not showing up were all created before I joined xbox live, and all were already in use. But when I joined xbox live, it didn't tell me that they were already in use. I realized this when I tried to create a new band and got a warning that someone else had taken the name already, and I could use it but nothing would show up on xbox live. I just changed the names of my bands to something more original, and presto! Within an hour they had shown up on the site.

Thanks for the effort. Hopefully this will help resolve other's issues. Keep rockin'!

hello i have three bands 2 of them are listed my very 1st(jan) one and my last one i created last night(March) but my 2nd band(feb) has not shown up on the website yet on the leaderboards it's there.When i go on the bands profile under my user name it's not there eighter.:(
