2 weeks later, I still have not received a response from either email, nor have I submitted anymore support requests because they don't seem to be answered. That is why I'm posting here because I know people at least read this site.
My question is: What is the deal? I ordered something 2 months ago, received a tracking number that never worked, and never received my item. I wait a month to see if my item eventually shows up, but it never did. I submit support requests through the EA website twice, get some automated responses, but that's about it.
I'm sure there are probably different groups that deal with this site, which is cool, and the Rock Band store site, not so cool due to lack of responses, but I was hoping that maybe somebody knows somebody else that might deal with the store, and could thus pass my message along for me because so far my cries of desparation have fallen on deaf ears. :(
