Are there any settings for your profile that limit who can see your profile or even limit who can scroll over your name and choose the option "Find all posts by _____"?

There are currently no settings to limit who can SEE your settings and posts. I don't think that's going to be a future feature either (unless we get a lot of people requesting it like Steef mentioned).

There are features to ignore certain people, however. Maybe if you piss off the right people they'll just ignore you and that'll work (just joking about that). Heh.
