Site Updates for LINKED Accounts

OK, I'm tired of trying to figure out where people are notifying/complaining about certain subjects. Please use this forum for posting notifications about the SITE not UPDATING stats/bands/characters and the like.

This thread is not intended to address the LINKING issues that people are having that regard game code and network IDs.

In this note, I am specifically addressing the database updates that drive SITE information regarding bands, characters, scores and leaderboards.

These issues regard how the site picks up info from each and everyone of us that have Rock Band, it does not distinguish PS3/PS2/XBox, it is about the data updates alone.

For my experience, once I created the linked account, nothing updated for over a month. I messaged HMXJohnLok directly a few times and it got fixed..... it remained fixed for nearly 2 weeks.

I see the site info I'm describing as valued content. I haven't seen in the game where you can easily access each players cash (would have a hard time finding my own at the moment), standings and more. The site gives me a single quick way to evaluate how everyone that is playing the game is doing.

HMXJohnLok, please get this working again and try to place some emphasis on how important this aspect is to the game owners/leaders/viewers.

Appreciate your response and I have seen some movement in data. I PM'd Johnlok to suggest this thread be made sticky so we have a better idea of what's happening, and I'll again suggest it to you.

We do get a lot of questions regarding this, so perhaps I'll create a stickied thread so people can express their problems, concerns, and triumphs (hopefully) in a central and easy-to-find location.
