Can you go in solo tour with a created band or do you have to play with random generated characters

No. When you go into solo tour, your other band mates are selected for you.

I'm almost 100% sure it's completely random. I think there have been a few (see: a lot of) requests for this feature in a patch.

Or at the very least choose the band mates you do NOT want to randomly show up. I'm getting tired of some of the people. They don't fit in with the image of my character at all.

ive always wondered why they suggest playing bass and singing at the same time in the tips but they never made the characters be able to do that
