a few questions about the Wii version

I understand that there is no online, DLC, character creation, ect. but can I use my GH III guitar with the game. And can i buy the game seperate and then just get the drums?

1. No, the GH3 guitar isn't supported.
2. All the instruments will be sold individually as well, so yes.
