Hey, will you be able to play guitar hero 1 and 2 on the PS3 with the Rock Band controller? cause that would make this soooo  much better, they are my 2 fav games that I cant play cause i sold my PS2 for the PS3.

<p><font face="georgia,palatino" size="2">While we're on the subject, how's the reliability of using a PS2 to USB converter with things like this?&nbsp; I want to use my old Guitar Hero controller with this when it comes out on 360 and am considering getting a PS2 to USB converter in order to do this.</font></p><p><font face="georgia,palatino" size="2">I've seen them available for the purpose of using regular controllers with PC games and for using console DDR pads for Stepmania... i'm just wondering if anyone here has used one and can comment on whether they work well, or not.</font></p><p><font face="georgia,palatino" size="2">But as cinder said, this controller may be completely different/overhauled for the purpose of this game.&nbsp; We really know next to nothing about the game itself.&nbsp;</font></p><p>&nbsp;</p>

<P>I heard somewhere that the PS3 can't handle the functions of the GH SG and that I think that some 3rd party peripheral company (either NYKO or Pelican, can't remember) is trying there hardest to make a converter or something of that matter.</P>
