EA Showcase 2007 - Rock Band info (basic and to the point)
Release Date: n/a
Price (for Bundle): n/a
What is in the bundle: n/a
DLC Info: n/a
Songs Announced/Played: Grateful Dead - 18 songs (already announced), and the other 4 songs announced yesterday were brought up by Sean again. No new songs announced.
They played a Drum Battle (not sure what song). Must have played it on medium... the drum battle was weak compared to the "Don't Fear The Reaper" video.
New game modes/features: n/a
How will 4 wired instruments be plugged into a machine with 3 slots (lol): n/a
Was Sean looking Sexy? Yes
RANDOM info: They went for playable/fun songs that everyone can get into (not necessarily "the uber songs").
Drum Set went through a long process to get to the "final" set design.
In short... no new info.

The video stream isn't over yet (the EA Showcase) so if any new info or anything relating to RB comes up, i'll post it here to the best of my ability.

All very, very true.
The song was "Here It Goes Again" by OK Go. Ya know... that whole "treadmill video" on YouTube?

That was dissapointingly short, but i didn't expect anything new since there were the 4 songs from yesterday...the Grateful Dead announcement was a nice surprise to me.
Really i think it should have been WAY longer...that would have been more entertaining anyway...

wasnt expecting a release date since the press release issued today still listed it as holiday 2007 release.
i do find it odd that they continue to announce DLC, but have yet to announce a price. you have to figure people must be wondering, "hey cool, i can check out songs from the who, or the dead, but how much is it gonna cost me?"

Does anyone know if the game comes with the DRUMS or even the Mic, or is it that we have to pay 80.00 for the drums and 60.00 for the game.

the whole bundle is available for preorder at gamestop, and it's estimated at $200 but there's no official price

Rock Band is too good for a release date. Did Jesus Christ give a release date for the second coming?

Oh lawd, read the FAQ. Jesus Christ's second coming is only a RUMOR. Until God announces it himself, it's not official!
