Wait this tour goes until late December...is it going to go on even after the game comes out? Or is this game not coming out until Christmas time? If that MTV thing is right, they say they are picking people to rock out on TRL and then at the opening kick off party, so wouldn't they have to be fair and see everyone at each location first...meaning that this game isn't coming out until after December 16th?

I can't wait for the specific locations to be released!

It looks like the St. Louis and DC stops were preview/practice runs for the West Bus and the East Bus. They are getting the kinks out before the tour officially launches next week, which is why they weren't promoted.

thanksgiving is on the 22nd, so yes it is that week. i wonder why they wouldnt be on tour if the 20th really turns out to be the release date.

either way, the tour effectively stomps on the other game's advantage of an early release. they wont need too much commercial time with all the local and national press coverage the tour will get.

im bummed. i knew there was no chance a bus would float over to hawaii, but i was going to be in new mexico and california in october, but the dates dont coincide. ah well.

True that. Im an Ohioian,and its great.We got the WORLDWIDE Derby Downs,(main course right here in my city(Akron)) and the GoodYear Headquarters.We got Ohio state. I'm now entering the state of denial. The article I read said they'd do the tour, and MTV will scout for folks to open for a launch concert.

I'm just hoping that concert happens before the tour ends in December. :/

Seeing as how much they are promoting it...and in order for it to be really available for the holiday rush, it would have to be out before Black Friday...SO, logically the latest date for release would be on the week of Nov. 20th. This is why, i assume, that all the retail stores have the release date as such...

Well, the the url you gave doesn't work, so I thought I'd just let you guys know, if not already, that they updated the RB website with a new header of the back view of the band featured on the recent box art and with a new tab for the Tour which lists the tour dates we already know of and new info. about Battle of the Bands and competitions that go on within the tour. I'm so excited for all of this and I can't wait for freakin' HMX to come to Philly!!!!:D

Yeah, that'd be cool. Only like one or two of my friends is interested in Rock Band, so I won't be bringing a full band with me. I just hope they announce the actual locations soon.
