Cant imagine what type of person would say no. There should be a couple songs which would be playable. Besides, guitar hero has some complicated songs that still work well.

Oh man, I've been dreaming of Dream Theater in Guitar Hero since the first one came out. That would be totally sweet. This game would be great for it because the drums and bass would also be fun to play in TONS of Dream Theater songs. I doubt they'll make it onto any games this year, but here's hopin for GHIV/Rock Band 2.

YES! I probably want Dream Theater more than any other band. In fact, I will be INCREDIBLY sad if they never put in at least an individual Dream Theater song. As for the songs, I largely agree with the above poster. Pull Me Under, As I am, Learning to Live, Change of Seasons, The Root of All Evil, Hollow Years and Take Away My Pain are all favorites. However, I think In the Name of God is conspicuously absent. I mean, 13 minutes with a disgustingly awesome guitar solo about 8 minutes in and very good vocals.

The point is, Dream Theater is a must.

I also think a couple Liquid Tension Experiment tracks would be cool too, regardless of the fact that theres no vocals

Absolutely! What better band to represent Prog in Rock Band? I suggest songs like Constant Motion, Dark Eternal Night, As I Am, or even the longer more traditional prog songs like Take the Time, Metropolis Pt.1, Honestly what ever they will give I'll take!
