personally im on the fence with the crue haha, dont get me wrong they were a very major part of the 80s scene but ive grown tired of them...i voted for maybe one song, depending on the song...BUT, if they release "if i die tomorrow" off the red white and crue album ill definitely be buying that song though, its part of a joke between me and my old roomate haha.

Most of it depends on the songs. Say they do a 3 pack and I only like 2 of the songs then I will spend $4 and just get those 2 vs spending $5.49 and getting a song in it I dont like. I do like most of their songs however.

its funny you mention this... the ENTIRE reason i ever got into the whole guitar hero/ rock band thing is because my buddy got gh2 and i told him it sounded lame but i might try it... (funny to think now, since rock band rules my free time) then he told me the crue was on there so i HAD to check it out since the crue is my ALL TIME fav. band... as a matter of fact, he just text me today saying he had just heard wild side and dr. feelgood on the radio and how sick it would be if they ended up on rock band.. and asked me if there was a way to "vote" for song for DLC (he's not internet savvy) I'd be happy with any of the crue songs, and having a pack would be like x-mas for me!! I've been voting for Kickstart My Heart online for the last three days. I would play that song over and over on every set list I could. Make it a three pack with Same Ol Situation and Don't Go Away Mad. That would be awesome.

I would buy it all. In my opinion "Shout" is their best work, but Theater of Pain is great, as well as Girls Girls Girls.

GGG, musically was a departure from there normal sound so much that people tend to dislike it. Songs like "Dancing on Glass", "Nona", and "Five Years Dead" are awesome and represent the different sound that took people by surprise.

Dr. Feelgood - nuff said.

Decade of decadence was just a compilation album but did have "Primal Scream" "Angela" and "Teaser"( (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VXSNkDqy93g)not written by crue)

Mötley Crüe (album) Crues only album without Vince Neil. Arguably one of there better CD's though they where only cashing in on the Motley brand here. They should have called the band something else, and I think it may have been more successful. Songs like "Hooligans Holiday" (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZPoXD-9uJdI) "Uncle Jack" (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=u2VwVSrdXn8) "Misunderstood" (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=akYDFEDB4k8) (My personal favorite from this album)
are all great and would fit into "Rock Band" quite well.
Also if your just getting into the Crue, or just looking to get into some other parts of this album, I reccomend "Droppin Like Flies" (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=elPdMofGvDY) its different and sounds nothing like a Crue tune.


Generation Swine. I have love for this album. The crue put there ego's aside and decided to try and produce something outside there comfort zone. For the most part though the album didnt set well with their fanbase all that well. It did however produce some great tracks, like "Afraid" (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-Wiw-ygrvuA), and "Glitter" (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Y6phoD9K3wc) ( Co-written by Brian Adams )

New Tattoo. The only album by Motley that isnt that great, still there are some great tunes on it, it just overall had some weak production, and seemed rushed.
Also Tommy Lee was not in the band for this album, Randy Castillio (Of Ozzy fame , who sadly passed away in march of 02' RIP)did the drumming duties for this one

Motley Crue technically influenced a bunch of artist. They are the **** at what they do and they deserve some recognition in their other songs instead of Dr. Feelgood album. I do like some songs off that album, but their others that I think Harmonix left out.
