Star Power....not working (RMA?)

hey all,

So I just recently got my Guitar back from RMA, the blue fret was broken. However, I have been using the GH3 controller, until today.

I figured I would give a few songs a try on the new Strat. However, I noticed that sometimes I would have to raise the guitar almost over my head to get star power to work, sometimes even this didnt work and I had to resort to pushing the back button.

However, sometimes it works perfectly.

So my question is can I do a new RMA on this guitar, or is this not included in the warranty exchange??

Of course I can't give you an official answer, but your guitar is not working properly, therefore you're entitled to a warranty exchange.

My guitar also has this issue, though it also has a problem with the strum bar and the blue fret button, so there's no question mine's covered, hehe.

They still haven't fixed the inherent flaw with overdrive though the guitar has gone up to 5 generations now. The only true option is to fix it yourself, its really easy and its really cheap. Here is the link with pics:
