I also think that these threads are a waste of YOUR time as well as everyone elses. WHY put these kinds of threads up?? Is your life really this sad? Go watch a soap opera or something, what would happen in the world if all the time wasted with drivel like this was used productively on something that mattered? And their gaming network sucks. I would have thought Microsoft would be the incompetent one, but yet...

Then there's this crap about Sony taking down it's online store for two weeks. They still get the DLC, but they have to wait for no fault of Harmonix. I do feel sorry for them.

Since you fellas are talkin' RROD, if it happens once, is that it. One time my box did it and I just unplugged the Power Pack, replugged it and it was gone. No problems since. Is this normal?

Was it three red lights(I think arranged as the one through three players slots with player four not lit up)?

If so, there is a strong chance it will happen again.

Here's my story:
I was playing and the game froze. I turned off the 360 and turned it back on. It started loading and then boom, red lights. Multiple attempts failed. I figured maybe if I left it on to heat up then the thing that messes up would heat up and fix(I forgot what actually messes up).

Well it worked. It actually worked fine for a few days. But then I got it again. I haven't tried letting it sit again because at this point you are fighting a losing battle. Instead I just got a new 360. I'm going to try to get my old one fixed and sell it to my cousin(he already knows it RRoD).

In short, you may be screwed.

Mainly the time. But we haven't had a good dlc on monday yet (personal opinion so don't flame please) so I was just wondering what everyone thought.
If you have speculation on what it would be then by all means post what you think.
Edit: By monday, I mean a postponed announcement, not the previous announcements that were before the friday announcement plan.

Have you ever considered not responding to threads that don't interest you, or do you just like the drama that you get out of it sometimes. And you say other people's lives are sad. Either 3 or all 4 "controller" lights were red. This was weeks ago and I've had no trouble since. Honestly, at the time I just though my BOX was mad at me for moving it around so much.(trips and such)

Well the different lights mean different things, so maybe it wasn't the RRoD lights. For your sake I hope it wasn't.
