I like the one in Death Proof better.

Ronin was great, but the greatest chase ever was the original French Connection.
There's good chases in all the Bourne movies as well.

Nothing beats the Blues Brothers car chase which also created the 'Most Stunt Cars Destroyed During a Film Production' World Record.

The movie also allegedly had 'Most Illegal Drugs Used During a Film Production' but that still falls under urban legend.
