View Full Version : Will Zeppelin, AC/DC,Beatles,Tool ever be in rock band?

I know there have been tons of threads like this but will we ever see ANy of those bands for DLC?I heard they may dedicate the next GUitar Hero to the beatles. why not some beatles dlc?or tool or AC/DC or Zeppelin(gnr too)

This should be movd to Ultimate Set List Forum and about your question i dont think they will be on Rock Band. Beatles Problably will be on Guitar Hero.

It's my understanding that Tool has NO chance, given the band's stance on commercialism.

the same with the Beatles, I don't know who owns their rights to their songs anymore (Michael Jackson used to) but they don't let their songs get involved with anything...commercials or movies, if you do hear a beatles song in a movie it's usually a cover of the song.

So no dice on the Beatles having an original version of their song be on any game.

I don't care about those other bands, but I'd literally wet myself in joy if ACDC ever got ONE song in Rock Band..

ACDC is working on their new album. I wouldn't be surprised to see some sort of deal that helps publicize the new single.

You sir, are incorrect. Paul McCartney currently holds the rights to the beatles songs, and hes doing ALOT with them. American Idol, talks of a video game, beatles going to iTunes. Don't believe me? Listen to a song playing in the background of a commerical tonight. It's probably a beatles song.
