Why doesn't the 360 users get ool new guitars?

Okay I have been searching around and asking in stores if the 360 is ever going to get new guitars but they always say no. Why is this? I just looked at the new xplorer the ps3 is getting and now I'm mad. Also since I am a 360 user, I must use the gh xplorer because I cannot tolerate the rb strat. So all I ask is why 360 ppl only get access to 2 guitars?

Patience my friend:) I too am a 360 owner. Mad Catz has a 5 year deal with HMX/MTV to make everything for the game so ours is coming. Plus there is alot of red tape when it comes to Xbox's wireless technology, which is part of the reason that we did not have wireless guitars at launch, not to mention the cost.

So let PS3 have thiers first. The technology they have they have used since PS2 which is that infrared dongel which is horrible! I can say this cause I own the PS2 and several GH1 guitars. They should be using that wonderful Bluetooth they have!!

By them getting theres first we should get cooler designs:) Heres hoping atleast.

The PS3 owners are the ones that got screwed because their GH guitars don't work with RB.

The LP works assuming the neck contacts are working, which seems to be a really common problem.

Not to say that the Strats don't have problems as well.

To clarify, the GH3 guitar will work in Rock Band for PS2 and Xbox360, but not in Rock Band for PS3. It's just like the GH2 guitars.

All I was wondering when I started this topic was if the 360 was ever going to get new guitar designs. Like I'm tired of the lp, the xp, and the strat I want a new type of guitar to play, like a flying v or an ibanez or anything new cuz when I went on amazon and saw all of these awesome designs for guitars for the ps2 I freaked cuz I WANTED THOSE GUITARS.

an easy cheep fix for the LP neck contacts not working is to take appart ur guitar, put some tape on it (i just wrapped mine around twice with ducttape) put it back togeather and i havent missed a note since. *this works as long as you dont want to take ur guitar appart the neck is a b*tch and a half to get out after this has been done*

all i use for RB is my GH3 wireless guitar.. thats why i bought GH3.. for the wireless axe.. GH3 sucks otherwise. i never play it. GH2 is better. RB is the best though.

See!?! This is what I'm talking about!The PS3 users get this sweet bass and all I get is a new wireless strat which will still suck because of the strum bar.
