Who has already bought Rock Band?

I'm curious to know who has already dropped the $200 on their reserve copy. I did yesterday (wife made me do it..she wants to be my drummer!), so now I just have to wait knowing I get to play on release.

Anybody else as stupid as me? :)

Not yet, but I will be soon. Probably won't reserve until November, and have it shipped from either amazon, best buy, or hopefully EA directly

Not to sound stupid, but did you preorder or prepurchase? At the Gamestop down the street, you can preorder for $25...I said screw it and just dropped the full $200 +tax, +Bioshock, +used Gamecube controller so my 3 year old could play Mario Kart on our Wii. ($287 total). Then, since I was in a spending mood, went to the motorycycle shop and dropped $326 on a set of Michelin Dual Compound Pilot Power buns for my bike for an upcoming track day, so, I'm pretty much eating Ramen till payday!.

man i preordered the whole thing from eb games so i would get it the first day it comes out! CANT WAIT although it cost 236.00 for the overnight shipping and the whole bundle. At least i will get it on release

I had pre-ordered, I could pay it in bits or in full, but it had to be before release day, but I got a full refund and cancelled my pre-order - I said I was moving away, it was the only way I'd get a refund - and I'm now saving for my Epiphone Les Paul guitar. Best move. Ever.

Well, I am a musician irl, but not a guitar player...I play horns (Sax, Trombone, Baritone, and Tuba)...so GH and RB are about as close as I'm going to get to rockin' out on guitar. GL on the Epiphone.

I've only pre-ordered it. I'm assuming that GH3 is coming out a little earlier than Rock Band so that is over half way paid for. I'll get around to paying both of them off before I pick them up. It'll make me look cooler if I walk into Gamecrazy and walk out with a huge carboard bundle under my arm without having to shuffle through my wallet for money.
