i play the drums..and when im playing quickplay there are some songs people love but i just dont enjoy cause its way too much bass pedal or its really awkard (Dani California)

some more are

Mississippi Queen
Maps (fun on Hard, sure. but on expert. thats asking a lot)
Paranoid
Welcome Home
Green Grass And High Tides (10 minutes, goddamn)
Go With The Flow (its FAST..but sometimes ill take one for the team i just love the song too much)
Run To The Hills (the only one i cant beat)

im sure the expert drummers can relate, these are hell and a half to play. then i choose hard and some of the expert dudes are like

Run to the Hills. A good song in theory, but the only one I haven't 5-starred yet. :(

EDIT : Oh yeah, outside of the main setlist, Blackened for sure.

Vasoline!!! Love the song, but can't find the groove. Snare is all over the place!

Learn to Fly (I think it's really boring on guitar, even expert), Paranoid (I hate the triple notes Rock Band charted), Roxanne (again, too easy), March of the Pigs (not enough guitar).

GGaHT and "Flirtin' With Disaster" are the ones that came to mind when I saw this topic, though I feel similar about the Metallica tracks somewhat.

Truckin' on hard guitar. It's no problem on expert but for some reason I find it incredibly difficult on hard.

Also on drums expert, add orange crush, electric version, truckin (boring), outside, I get by and foreplay/long time (really loves the song but the intro kills me).

well, i have no problem with orange crush, once i learned how to do it its not so bad.

although i agree, i HATE electric version. the song itself and playing it.

ive never played truckin.

also i agree, i forgot to add Outside.

i like playing foreplay, but i can only do the full song in band quickplay with some help from my bandmates

The obvious answer of Run to the Hills.

Blackened and Ride the Lightning

LOVE both songs, but they just arent fun.

Hmm, the only one I can really think of is Joker and the Thief. The main riff of g-r-y-r-b-o or whatever is so repetitive it just kills my hand. I should be able to do better than 4 stars on that song but its not worth the early-onset arthritis.

Train Kept a Rollin' on guitar.

Run to the Hills on drums.

Anything if I am singing, because as soon as I start singing, any and every song ever written or performed in the history of mankind all of a sudden sounds like complete crap.

I enjoy play all the songs even though some I cannot pass like "Don't Fear the Reaper" on expert. Blackend is pretty sick even, but have the time of my life all the way to the point of where it tells me I am a failure!

Well, a lot of the songs I don't like playing, I don't like playing because I don't like the song. I don't mine Dead On Arrival but playing it is a pain. I don't lkike playing Run To The Hills either, but as an expert/plat drummer, I get "tested" frequently with this song. I don't like the song very much to begin with, and it definitely dosen't get any better over time.

Run to the Hills by far. Can beat it on expert bass and guitar, but has me stuck on my hard drum career. I just can not get the hang of the red's in that song. My meter drops faster than ...........well I will stop the rest of my thought right there.

Run to the Hills and Green Grass and High Tides, both are exhausting. After I play a few songs really well online the host always selects RttH as a test of my skill or something. I can beat it, but it doesn't mean I want to...

Oh, and if one more person picks I think I'm Paranoid on quickplay I'll throw my plastic drum set off a cliff.

All of the Queens of the Stone Age songs.

I love the songs, love the band. But their songs just seem to kick my ass. Guitar, drums, and sometimes even singing.

Wonderwall on expert drums. I love that song, and it's not like the drum chart is boring or anything but I just don't have fun playing it. Don't even know why. I pretty close to a gold star but I just don't want to play it lol.

I totally agree Enter Sandman on Bass is so incredibly dull and everyone else gets some really awesome parts I'm stuck there thinking wow this sucks, but its good to listen to however

I have the opposite problem, there are a lot of songs I don't like but enjoy drumming, like:

Gimme Shelter
Blitzkrieg Bob
Should I stay or Should I Go

Dani California. I made a RHCP shirt for my guy, so everyone (I mean everyone) thinks that its the only song I want to play and pick it, sometimes twice in the same band.

I hate playing Green Grass and High Tides. Drumming is real boring on it, you just do the same thing in the fast parts, over and over!

Funny seeing some great songs on this list we love to play, (Dani California, Learn to fly, Flirtin with disaster).

Mine is Enter Sandman.

Love the song as a song, but a bit dissappointed after playing it.

On Vocals, I "think" I am James Hetfield, I feel it, I hear it, but the game hates it.

The guitar and drum parts are a bit unnerving and do not flow as well as they should.

Drum flows perfectly, If I can play this song very well on Expert, than anyone can!

wow really? i LOVE playing 3's and 7's
its actually probably my favourite song on the game, not only cause of the song itself but playing it on guitar and ESPECIALLY drums. i take it in Training just to play Break and Break 2. 100% that *****

Songs I like but dislike playing in Rock Band:

Epic (vocals)
Black Hole Sun (guitar)
Creep (guitar)
Enter Sandman (bass, but getting close on everything due to massive overexposure)
Run to the Hills (everything except vocals)
We Care a Lot (it's just not all that fun in any department)

Songs that I don't like that are either fun or at least challenging:

Welcome Home
Dead on Arrival
Train Kept A-Rollin'

Hand That Feeds - NIN

Love the song.. problem is I just can't seem to "get" the rhythm in the game. I can play the song on a real guitar along with the radio and, but in the game I almost have to stop listening to the music and just react to the on screen notes. I have done calibration, all the other songs are fine, and this is the only song that feels off and I just can't get into it.

I LOVE playing pretty much every song in the game except Mississippi Queen. Outside, Orange Crush, Hand that Feeds, etc are awesome to play as a drummer btw.

I even enjoy RTTH's, it just absolutely kills me.

I HATE Truckin on expert drums, it's such a chore to play, It would be fine if it was shorter.
Run to the Hills (still can't beat it on hard...Only thing stopping me from my Heavy Hitter achievement)
Orange Crush (hi hat roll is a pain in the ass)
Detroit Rock City (Just don't like the drum beat, R/Y, Y, R with bass drum thrown in over and over, it's a pain.)
Smokin' (Boring on expert drums, I can do the keyboard solo part with my eyes closed)
Don't Fear the Reaper (Too damn hard, can barely do it on hard, can't on expert)
Gimme Three Steps (Pretty boring...)

There's a few others I don't like playing, but I also just don't like them in general.

All these are on Expert Drums btw.
