Will they show ropck band at the vma's tonight?

Since they are going to be at the vma's tonight and for like 3 days there, will they show the game off tonight? That would be amazing if they did, it would get more people to see what they have.

it's probable. I also noticed the Foo fighters are at the VMA's maybe the Foo Fighters will come out and play learn to fly on rock band

Too bad that I'm in Canada and the MTV VMA's are being aired on CTV. Looks like canadian-only commercials, and no chance of a Rock Band commercial, unless they make it part of the show (Which I doubt)

I'm guessing they'll show off the Highway Star trailer. The timing of the release of the trailer and the show, coupled with the amount of cash they must've poured into it, makes since. But that's all I expect.

it would be a good promotion for the game, I mean, millions of ppl watch that show worldwide. Why not smash the coolest game to get next christmas (or Europe coming spring) into their faces?

It's a matter of whether they show us something, the red carpet just started and if anything I'd expect it to appear here rather than the show it self.

They could maybe announce some DLC. Not like a big speech but I can picture them saying

"And now to show off Rock Band, we welcome one of the many artists that will have many of their albums downloadable for the game, the Foo Fighters!"

Or something like that. I hope.
