I received my empty box for a drum pads RMA. Is it supposed to be just an empty box with no packing materials whatsoever? Only thing in the box was the return instruction sheet, and it mentioned a smaller box to put in the larger box, plastic and packing materials. Do I just cram the pads in the single empty box and send it back. Is this how others have received their empty RMA boxes? Also what are the turn-around times people have been getting? Weeks? Months? How long are the RMA labels good for? Could I keep the box and use it in say a month or two(I have a couple parties planned for this month and towards the end of May)? The red pad is not registering every hit and probably go largely unnoticed at a party with alcohol involved :), but it bugs me now.
