45 songs plus 85 total?

i just saw on the new main site that it now mentions 45 licensed songs in the set list. Also if you look in the modes section and go to solo play on the left side it looks like it says that there are 85 songs total for medium, hard and expert and that there are 70 for easy. Also it looks like the london clothing store is going to be in saville row. There are also songs on the right side of the solo section picture but i'm having a hard time making those out. one of them is mississippi queen though. I hope none of this is old and i apologize if it is.

Probably a screenshot with some DLC tracks added. Whos Next has 10 tracks, right?

I'll tell you exactly what happened - we were going to have 40, but got some extra licenses approved late in the day, and we couldn't bear to kick out any of the songs we already had in the game to make room for them, so we bumped it up to 45. Our loss (in extra licensing fees we have to pay) is your gain!

There are totally not 40 bonus songs though, that would be ridiculous. If there's a screenshot that says there are 85 songs, it's probably because it was made on a machine that had lots of downloadable songs on it.
