After looking at the Rock Band tour dates. I have decided that they will release the game on Tuesday, Nov. 6th. If you look at the tour dates they are in New York on Nov. 4th. Then there is a 4 date gap, and where do they pick up the tour? Nov. 8th in Boston. That way when they release the game any parties or ceremonies they have at Harmonix (sort of like that Bioshock party people went to) they will be right there.

I'd say the fact that the tour rules say the "launch concert" will take place on or around Nov. 19 is more of an indication that it will be the 20th.

Well I made the "bold" announcement before that thread came up. I did this one right after the website updated. I didn't say it was a "logical' announcement lol.

I still have my theory. Considering the tour is to raise as much hype as they can about Rock Band before it's released, they will release it after the tour. Which is mid-December. It would all make sense. It comes out Holiday Season, but it's still Fall until like, December 20th.

Promotion doesn't end after the release date. Hell commercials don't even usually come out till the week before a game is released and is subsequently overplayed all over television *cough* Bioshock.

I have seen this before and by that logic it does make sense. But, somewhere on the new website where it shows the bundle is specifically says the month of November, but it still doesn't give a date.

I'd put money on you being right about this. The bundles will be IN STORES at the LATEST on the Friday after Turkey day. 60 dollar games get bought all the time, but when mommy is shelling out 200 bucks for a bundle, it better be in the stores for her on the day after turkey.
