85 songs on the game disc!!!!!!!

I have just saw the pictures on the rock band site they just updated and checked out web sites. I think they are saying 45 licensed songs and 85 total!!!! I CANT WAIT FOR THIS TO BE CONFIRMED!!

I'll tell you exactly what happened - we were going to have 40, but got some extra licenses approved late in the day, and we couldn't bear to kick out any of the songs we already had in the game to make room for them, so we bumped it up to 45. Our loss (in extra licensing fees we have to pay) is your gain!

There are totally not 40 bonus songs though, that would be ridiculous. If there's a screenshot that says there are 85 songs, it's probably because it was made on a machine that had lots of downloadable songs on it.

well isnt that a good thing if they say it said 85 because it had alot of donlaodable songs on it? That sounds good to me! But if not i love the sound of 45

there's not 85 songs on the disc, that's including all the DLC or something crazy. probably 60-70 on the disc

Whoa. Does that mean the DLC tracks are going to be included in the Career? Or will it be like Guitar Hero 2 where the DLC is below the bonus songs?<br><br>Only one way to find out. /breaks into the HMX offices

It'll be as Bonus Tracks, Im guessing. As for Entire Albums on DLC, they'll probably have their own setlist.

what a downer. I hope theres at least 20 bonus songs. those are usually the best ones IMO
