Cracked Xbox 360 Disc Question

I went out and bought the bundle on launch day and now my disc has a crack in it and the Xbox 360 will not read it anymore. I read the sticky post about disc issues but all I can tell is that EA will replace discs within 90 days of purchase and I am outside of the 90 days. Is there any way to get a replacement disc at this point or am I going to have to spend another $60 to continue playing this game.

If you have the warranty on the disk that guarantees it to be free from defects you can call and arrange for a replacement.
The original receipt of purchase is required.

Well I don't believe I have a warranty because it is past 90 days. Was there an option to get an extra warranty?

Just try calling them or emailing them.
As long as you can send in the original disk that is cracked they will likely replace it for you.
But contact them first.
