I already did a search. See nothing about it.
(I'm asking now due to being on 360, on PS3 we were way over the 10mil fans breach to care about the change in the update).

I think that I read 1,000,000 for hard or atleast you can now unlock the 1 million acheivement on hard now.
Not sure about Expert

Expert can't have a limit.
What about Easy and Medium?

Don't really know, but I think medium caps at 650,000.

I bet an easy way to see would be to look at the band leaderboards, and look where there are tons of bands at the same number of fans. I think the cutoff for hard is a little over a million fans. I'd fire up my PS3 to check myself, but I'm still at work.
