If any of these songs or artists actually made it, I'd be stoked:
Faith No More - "Surprise, You're Dead!"
(if explicit lyrics or subject matter aren't a problem, I'd prefer "Gentle Art of Making Enemies" or "Be Aggressive")
Black Crowes - "Thorn In My Pride", "Remedy", "She Gave Good Sunflower"
Candlebox - anything from first album. Hell, even "Far Behind"
They Might Be Giants - "Dr. Worm" would be cool. Not that TMBG really fits for a game like this, but I think that's why it's a cool idea... sorta like Matthew Sweet was in GH2.
Sevendust - "Deathstar"
Alter Bridge - "Metalingus" (best song name ever)
The Darkness - "Love On The Rocks With No Ice"
Apex Theory - "Lightpost" would be hysterical, cause it's 15 minutes long. "Get To Work" or "Fasten" are more reasonable
Buckcherry - "Crazy *****"
Queen - "Tie Your Mother Down"
Hunger - "Vanishing Cream"
Chingon - "Malaguena Salerosa" (from Kill Bill v2... killer song)
Boz Scaggs - "Lido Shuffle" (just for fun)
Oasis - "Champagne Supernova"
Fear Factory - "Self Bias Resistor"
God Lives Underwater - "Tricked" or "All Wrong"
The Gone Jackals - "Legacy" (SF indie band from 90s... they were the soundtrack to the Full Throttle videogame. Hopeless dream, but this would be an amazing song to play)
Incubus - "Azwethinkweiz" (back when they wrote better music)
Skindred - "Nobody" or "Pressure"
Taproot - "Poem"
