The Toadies would be awesome for Rock Band. Although they only came out with 2 albums before they broke up (but they recently got back together!), It would be great to have some music by them.

All of their songs would be great for RB though.

What are you talking about, they were awesome! They broke up around 2001 i think, and focused on side projects (like the Burden Brothers).

They should just make the whole Rubberneck album. It would rule.

accually i went to go them in a reunion concert in houston last year. there are a ton of toadies fans in and around the areas where they started out

I always liked the song "Tyler," although I took it to mean a guy and a girl hooking up for the first time. Never really got into the sinister part of it, but it's certainly interesting to think about now that I am reading the lyrics.

Tyler would be a good song for Rock Band, though. I support this :p

You could probably get all of Rubberneck on there as an album. I guess you'd have to leave off Mexican Hairless... but the rest would work fine. I always though "I Burn" was such a perfect way to end Rubberneck. Lots of passion and desperation in that music.

Off of Rubberneck, I'd like to see Mister Love and I Come From the Water, as well as a return of Possum Kingdom.

Rubberneck would be great, but I don't think Velvet would work too well. I guess HMX could censor it, but it would really ruin the whole vibe of the song.

Mexican Hairless wouldn't work either I think. It's too short to be any good in the game unlike YYZ which is longer. Mexican Hairless isn't exactly all instrumental though. Todd does do some screams. I say we do a kind of Foreplay/Long Time with Mexican Hairless/Mister Love. They sound good together when it changes from track 1 to track 2. Almost like they could have been one track.

Hell Below Stars Above would be great. Less problems than with Rubberneck, but nowhere near as epic. Still a great album. I would love to play Plane Crash. They opened with that at the last show I went to, and boy did we all go nuts. The title track Hell Below/Stars Above would be fun too.

Now they did just release a new album. In all seriousness, I would love No Deliverance as full album DLC. So Long Lovey Eyes booted Mister Love from my most favorite Toadies track. Wonderful opening song, and beautiful on its own. The rest of the songs on this album are amazing. The only one I feel wouldn't feel as "Rock Bandy" would have to be I Want Your Love. Still would love this as full album DLC.

Come on HMX. We want Toadies!!! I know a lot of you guys like the Toadies. Sean, I'm looking at you. HMXVeng also likes them. He posted this in another one of the Toadies threads.

I was a huge Toadies fan and had no idea of the new release. This would be great to see it on RB to help with the launch. I would also love to see stuff from Rubberneck or Hell Above.
