Wow! Got my new bass pedal in 4 days!

Submitted RMA for broken foot pedal on Monday the 7th. New one was on my doorstep when I got home today, 4/10. And although I'm not happy with the fact it broke in the first place, I am really impressed with how quick the new one was received.

Seems things have improved since I had to order a new guitar a few months back and it took several weeks.

Way to step it up Harmonix. Someone is doing something right.

Yeah, I'm sure you do otherwise you will lose the $125.00 you have on hold. I just threw mine back in the box the new one came in, flipped the shipping label over, dropped by the ups store on the way to the gym and viola, all done.

I don't frequent this board too much so I didn't realize there was a "newer model." But I'm hoping the one I received is improved or it will probably just have to be returned in a few months.

Yeah, I remember noticing a picture that revealed the differences between the two models... but I can't find that thread again. Oh well. It works now, so I should just be happy. ;)

Mine has been in billing status received status on UPS' site for the last week. I think they screwed it somewhere on their end.
