Man, I hate to be the guy jumping all over the post right off the bat, but as far as I know, Nevermind hasn't been officially confirmed still, and you left out the Metallica DLC which has been made official. Which is also what I would vote for.

I would jump all over any early Metallica released as DLC. Anything from the Black album would probably not get a download...depends. And, anything after Black would never get a download.

I'm thinking it's all looking good thus far, The Who are on top for me, but thankfully my friends who don't have a 360 and are counting on me for RB are probably gonna pitch in and buy Who's Next for me...
