Will the drum controller have an auxiliary audio output that you can use to hook it up to a stereo and/or headphones?
I've been searching hard for an answer to this question,
Thanks,
Erik

Why would you want to hook it up to your stereo?

To use it as a standalone drumkit for practice, of course

its not a drum machine, so it having any outputs is highly doubtful (would be cool tho).

All it does is register the hits, it doesn't have any electronics for producing sound.

if you want to practice use the tutorial or practice mode.
Read the post above, that's what I was thinking when I saw your OP.

it works like a xbox 360 game pad when pluggged into a computer. I know there is some peice of music software that could play samples(drum sounds) when a pad is hit. Off of my head FL studio might work well. Anything that deals with midi timing and samples shoudl suffice thoughing getting teh 360 drivers working with it may take a patch of some sort. and so of course you'd have teh computer out put to a stereo or head phones or whatever.

Of course, I doubt there is any velocity data, so it would be the crappiest e-drums ever.

Crappy e-drums...let's hope we don't encounter those.

damn, good point man, way to bring me down...
I didn't think about that at all. that would make a huge difference. Oh well. My roommate is going to buy a set of electronic drums when he gets back from vacation in a few weeks.. I'm stoked.
